Advocacy Certificate Program

Joni and Friends is very excited to offer this Advocacy Certificate Program to our students! In this full program you will learn and understand:

• God's Advocacy Strategy Through Us
• Your Advocy Story and Finding Your Voice
• What Does It Mean to Advocate and How Do We Do It Well?
• Influencing Policy
• The Process of Advocacy
• Effective Communication As An Advocate
• Building Bridges Through Barriers to Advocacy
• Biblical Models of Advocacy
• Disability-Specific Advocacy

This program takes approximately 40 hours to complete and can be cited as 4CEU credits to your organization.

There are three Deep Dive Exercises and a Final Deep Dive Capstone that make up the grade for this course. You will take away practical tools that you can use in your own advocacy context.
