Full course description
This course is carefully crafted by experts in education, special needs youth ministry, and instructional design. Our vision at Joni and Friends is "A world where every person finds hope, dignity, and their place in the body of Christ" and this introduction will give you the foundation to do just that for the young people in your community.
The modules will guide you through both the biblical basis and the practical application of disability ministry for youth/teens. Topics such as the Image of God, Helping Teens Find Their Gifts, and Fostering Friendships will help you create a foundational ministry that will stand the test of time.

This course takes approximately 40 hours to complete and can be given to your church or organization for 4 CEUs. Each of our online courses is facilitated by an actual instructor with relevant experience to help guide you through.
